MATCHMAKING FEE $30

MATCHMAKING MUST BE PAID FOR BY 3/16/2010 No payments will be accepted at the door

  • This is your chance to sit down one-on-one with an agency or prime contractor and tell about your company. Guidelines will be provided to you to assist you in making that great impression. Watch your emails.
  • If you have prepaid the $30 MatchMaking fee, you will be provided information for pre-scheduling meetings closer to the event.
  • You can view the Current MatchMaking Host list as they are added and the products and services they are looking for. (see link above)
  • To add to your previous registration, please call 509-838-8755 for assistance.

PLEASE NOTE! Prime Contractors and Government Agencies ONLY! This is for Buyers, NOT SELLERS.

  • This registration is for Prime Contractors & Government Agencies that wish to hold Match-Making Sessions with possible subcontractors.
  • By registering online you will be given a table & chairs in which to hold these MatchMaking Sessions.
  • There is no charge to Government Agencies or Prime Contractors for this service.
  • Prime Contractors are required to Register for an Exhibitor’s Booth.

  • Your company information can be listed in the Event Directory too!
  • You will enter your description during the registration process.
  • WA PTAC reserves the right to modify or shorten your description.

(available to Exhibitors and Attendees) Place your logo in the directory to accompany your company information and description.
